Your local union in the Red Cross, through the daily manager, is responsible for the processing, and will process and be responsible for the personal data that is stored about you in this computer system for the coordination of the Red Cross Påmelding.
The purpose of the processing is to facilitate safe, effective and voluntary activities in your local Red Cross union. This is done by using this computer system to coordinate this activity, uncover deviations, ensure security, and prepare anonymised statistics to apply for operating funds.
In order to achieve the purpose of Red Cross Påmelding, it is necessary to process a minimum of personal data about you. Personal information beyond this is optional to provide, and is marked with the text "optional" in the interface.
First name, phone number, area, year of birth, language and gender to be able to identify you as a unique participant to be able to retrieve anonymized statistics to apply for operating funds, follow up the activity, and to safeguard your, and others', safety in the event of a fire or the like.
Name so that other volunteers and employees in your local Red Cross union know who you are; email address which is your login user, and the computer system's main communication channel with you in the event of relevant events, such as notification of new logs and comments; preferred language of Norwegian and English to display the interface in the most suitable language, logs and comments you write so that the activity can be followed up effectively, and to uncover deviations; reason for ban, banned activity and banned centre so that the participants know why they are banned, and so that you can take care of security.
Visit time, visited activity, and visited centre are stored when you check in to be able to retrieve anonymised statistics, to follow up the activity, to apply for funds for further operation, and for to safeguard your, and others', safety; reason for ban, banned activity and banned centre are stored so that you know why you are banned, and so that the volunteers and employees at your local Red Cross union can ensure safety.
Time of last login to show you what's new since you last logged in; The IP address of the device you use to log in with, and changes you make to safeguard information security, and to detect and report any discrepancies.
No personal data from third parties is stored in this computer system.
The basis for the processing is based on a balancing of interests, where the ideal work your local union in the Red Cross carries out benefits the data subject, without this constituting an unnecessary intrusion into privacy.
For any processing beyond this, the basis is your consent. You must be 15 years of age to consent. If you are under 15, your parents can give consent for you. The consent is valid until you withdraw it yourself. You can withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent from your user profile, or by contacting your local Red Cross union. Withdrawing consent does not prevent you from participating in this activity and has no negative consequences for you.
Your local union in the Red Cross has written a data processor agreement, in line with the EU regulation's requirements, with a data processor within the EU/EEA for secure processing of your personal data and notification in the event of deviations. Your information is not disclosed to other third parties without your consent.
The personal information is stored for up to 1 year after the last check-in as a participant, and for up to 1 year after the last login as a volunteer or employee. Other personal information is stored for up to 1 year after it was provided. You can request to have your personal data deleted at any time.
You have the right to access all personal data stored about you; have information handed over so that you can take this on to another organization (right to data portability); have your personal data corrected if it should be incorrect (correctness requirement); require that the processing of personal data be restricted; object to certain forms of processing; as well as have all personal data stored about you deleted.
You make use of your rights by logging into your user profile, or by contacting your local Red Cross union.
No automatic decisions, or profiling, are made based on your personal data.
You have the right to complain to your local Red Cross union when processing personal data that contravenes the rules for privacy. If this does not lead to progress, you can take the matter on to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
